  1. how will my goods be shipped and how much will it cost?

    all orders will be shipped via either usps priority mail or fedex ground. shipping is free for all orders over $20. for orders totalling less than $20 a flat $4 shipping and handling fee will apply. once your order has shipped we will email you the tracking number for your shipment.

  2. is my credit card number safe with you?

    we use paypal for our transaction processing. paypal is a division of ebay and has a very good reputation for protecting customer information. you do not have to have a paypal account to buy from us, rather all you need is a major credit card. the shopping cart is hosted on paypal's secure servers, so when you check out you will be providing your credit card information to them, not to us.

    no customer information is stored on our website or webservers.

  3. do i have to pay sales tax?

    sales tax of 6.25% will be applied to all orders shipped to addresses in utah, and will be based on the total value of the order (the cost of the goods plus any applicable shipping charges).

    orders shipped to addresses in other states will not be assessed sales tax.

  5. what's your return policy?

    we will accept returns within 30 days of shipment. a 15% restocking fee will apply to returns of all non-defective merchandise; shipping charges are not refundable. we cannot accept returns of non-defective merchandise with visible use or wear.

    in order to return any items you must first request an rma from us at [email protected]. once we receive your email we will send you an rma number and return instructions. we will not accept any returns without a prior rma which covers those specific items.

    any refunds will be credited to the credit card with which the original purchase was made.

  6. do you offer any warranties on your products?

    we will warranty any of the skate products including our decks against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of shipment.

    for any products with longer manufacturers' warranties we will assist you in contacting the manufacturer and warrantying the products through them.

  7. do you ship internationally?

    we currently will only ship orders to addresses in the usa through our website. canadian and international customers please email us at [email protected] for information on placing an order with us.
